From the first message to even after gallery delivery, I want the entire process to feel simple and stress-free. My goal is for clients to feel comfortable, confident, and excited throughout the experience so their personalities naturally shine through in their photos.
I truly care about the people I photograph. I want every client to feel valued and seen. For me, it’s not just about delivering beautiful images — it’s about creating meaningful connections and preserving memories that will last a lifetime.
STEP 1
Fill out the form
Your experience begins as soon as you reach out. Once I receive your inquiry, I will respond within 48 business hours with a warm welcome, my pricing guide, availability for your date, and a short questionnaire to learn more about you!
STEP 2
Call or meet up
This is where we get to know each other! We can call, zoom, or meet in person and we will talk more about your vision and ideas, go over packages and figure out which works best for you, discuss locations, timelines, details, and answer any questions you may have.
STEP 3
Booking Your Date
Making it official is simple. To reserve your session or wedding date, you will receive: your photography contract, your invoice, and a non-refundable retainer request. Once all of those are completed, you are officially booked!
STEP 4
Planning & PreP
Leading up to your date, I will help make everything feel smooth and stress-free. Depending on your session, you can expect: timeline assistance, guidance and advice, location suggestions, and more. 1-2 weeks before, you will receive a reminder email or final call that confirms every detail.
STEP 5
Picture time
This is the fun part! My goal is to create a relaxed, enjoyable experience so that your photos feel natural and authentic. On the day of your session, I will arrive early, gently guide you through poses and prompts, capture candid moments, capture classic portraits.
STEP 6
After your session
The excitement continues even after your images are taken. You can expect: a few sneak peek images within 72 business hours and a confirmation of your gallery delivery date.
STEP 7
Editing & Delivery
Each image is carefully selected and edited to match the signature H.E.P. style! Once your gallery is ready, you will receive: an online gallery link, easy download instructions, information about printing and sharing. Your gallery will remain available for a limited time so be sure to download and save your images.
After Delivery
STEP 8
I love to stay connected even after delivery! You may receive: a follow-up message to receive feedback on your images, a request for a testimonial about your H.E.P. experience, and opportunities for future sessions, mini sessions, or giveaways! You will also receive a reminder before your gallery expires in case you need to download your images or order prints.
